    Jerry Can Mounts

Do you already have the gas cans. I'd avoid Rotopax due their price and small capacity. You can use a bugout rack to mount two cans to your spare tire. http://www.bugoutrack.com/ Or this mount https://www.morryde.com/products/jerry-can-side-mount-with-short-tray/

People change their rims for cosmetic reasons and a larger section of tires. yes the rims are 18". I only have 24K on the stock tires so new tires a little way off .

I'm keeping the stock rims and upgrading the tires when they wear down. I can buy a lot of gas for a trip for what new rims cost. I just need to figure out what size tire will fit. .

Wits End makes some great stuff for Land Cruisers.. Your plane for the reverse lights sounds overly complicated and probably costly. Most people do not spend that much time in reverse to blind people. All that needs to be done, is to tap into the reverse light wire. KISS is your friend...

I found these two reverse light brackets. I'll probably get the ATP bracket. http://americantrailproducts.com/License-Plate-Light-Mount_p_88.html https://www.rallitek.com/license-accessories-/11148-rallitek-license-plate-light-mount.html

I suggest sticking with your stock wheels and upgrade your tires. No reason to spend a bunch of money on cosmetic stuff. if you want a lift, I recommend a suspension lift. The Ironman I have is designed for offroad and extra loads.

    Trail Security

I have this , in addition to bear spray , for two legged threats. As with a firearm good insurance can protect you if you need to use anything for self defense.

It is awesome. Eats up off road conditions easily. Very controllable where the stock suspension would be bouncing and bottoming out.

If you can remove the rear seats, you will open up a lot of inside storage.

    Camp stove cooking

When I was using a two burner I was using a Camp Chef Everest. I was sold on the very high BTU output compared to other similar stoves.

    Trail Security

No matter where you go you should have a plan. Situational awareness is important and each person needs to figure out what they are going to do in different scenarios. Part of that is determining what you are going to be . A victim or a survivor.

Very nice. My wife has a 2019 Forester Sport I'm building up. So far I have an ironman 2" suspension. I have a Rally innovations lightbar waiting to be installed. Where did you mount the Scan Gauge?
