Hi everyone! Can’t go this weekend, going camping and surf fishing at Carolina Beach. Is there anything planned for next weekend? Would like to get out and camp and wheel some. Was thinking the Jocassee Wilderness area oe somewhere in Western NC.

I’m in N.C. We are about 3.5 hours to the southern N.C. beaches and about 4.5 hours to the Outer Banks. 2 hours to the mountains and Asheville area. 3 hours and we are in the Great Smokies. 3-4 hours and you can be in the Georgia Mountains. I can’t wait to get out West though!

I use it when on trails or longer trips, the Jeep runs real well wit it on. If it's going to work or daily driving stuff, doors are usually off so no air.

Jeff, did you look at the Gobi too? I like the "stealthiness" of the AEV rack but wasn't sure about drilling the roof. Also, wasn't sure if the footprint would be enough for the RTT and some cases. I'd like to know your thoughts and what made you purchase the AEV. Thanks in advance!

Just ordered ARB Onbaord Twin Air Compressor and a 12k Smittybilt X2O Winch. Going to order a Gobi Rack and RTT soon.

I'm planning on going as well. Not sure about staying in such close quarters, the wife will not enjoy that at all. I may need to find a hotel room. May just drive in for the day and then head home. Not sure yet.
