    Pick-up Trucks

As I poorly stated before, we all enjoy getting out, fishing, hunting, hiking, relaxing, sight seeing, just enjoy it and each other and learn from each other’s successes on the road! All those successes can be converted into each of our rids! SUCCESS - LIFE IS GOOD!

Don’t like to hear about that at all. We are loosing so much habitat for our native birds to invasive creatures, would love to help. I not sure exactly when I can plan a trip down to TX from California but, will work on it. Might need a little help from you?

It has occurred to me after reading a fair amount of different forums that we all need to be careful of how we project our enthusiasm! In terms of our rigs, each one of our rigs are awesome but, no more awesome than an others!! We all have great rides, some more capable than others but, that...

    Pick-up Trucks

A few do got make the entire club bad! There are many in this club that believe what Michael and Corrie say about, “ It doesn’t matter what you drive “ is correct and embrace all vehicles. Having said that, you know as well as I that like vehicle owners will tend to huddle up to discuss there in...

Love my full size rig. I get that Jeeps, Toyota’s and Land Rovers are the gold standard of off-roading but, bring on the full size rigs!

Land Use - Leave It Better Than You Found It

It’s really nice seeing responsible people trying to help keep our lands clean. I thank you for your efforts! On that subject, we just got back from 6 days in the Alabama Hills, California. I spent the entire first day cleaning up the campsite of about 100 nails and screws that were left over...

Let's see those full size rigs - Trucks & SUV

Boy, that is a sweet ride. There are several So.California meet ups each month. Check the Calendar and you will want to look for West LA, Orange County, inland empire or San Diego. Might all be done for May but June is just around the corner!

Why are there so few Silverado overland rigs?

When I transitioned from my Cherokee to the Tahoe, it was quite a change! Loved that Jeep but the comfort built into the Tahoe was nice! The Silverado is my comfortable ride now but, it goes off road and handles it nice!

Why are there so few Silverado overland rigs?

I’m sure you are correct under those conditions. I don’t bash mine up and if I did, I see your point!

Why are there so few Silverado overland rigs?

I’m getting into this conversation a little late but my 1994 Jeep Cherokee went 435,000 miles on the original engine and trans with very little maintenance, my Tahoe after that went 250,000 miles all original equipment no problems and I never had to do breaks and my current Silverado is at...
