I didn't like the 3' tongue so I snatched it out and built a 5' tongue and added a Max Coupler .

So we didn't have to unload everything to get to what's in the back we built a slide out to get to what ever we needed. and Danny decided he wanted to paint so off he went.

We needed some fenders so we picked up some "jeep style" fenders. and we busted out the saw and went to town and came up with something we liked. added some of @thejeepcalledyeti Yeti-Built led lights.

Danny thought we needed a shelf so we hit the scrap pile and made one and added some tie down points. Danny standing by well on his work.

We ordered up some 33x12.5r33 to replace the 12" wheels and tires Tadpole came with got the trires

We cut out all the mesh flooring and sides, and replaced with 1/8" aluminum after adding some bracing. and built some drawers on each side.

Yeah she's definitely not going to win a race. I agree it has that vibe along the lines of a LC.

Mine is a 3.0L gas, but they do have a diesel engine.
