I have had a 67Designs solution in my JK for a year and the only issue other than small wiggle in big bumps has been the rubber inside the phone clip had the adhesive fail this spring before it got hot. Solid product.

Cash grab is what is smells like to me. I do not believe it is that costly to process renewals etc that a fee that high is justified.

As long as you operate it on the frequencies the unit is legally allowed to operate on they are a cheap option. I personally would spend the extra coin for something a bit better, but many people have them and like them.

Received and installed my new LED headlights. My aim is probably pretty rough still. This image is pretty generous for how dim the old lights were. Even so you can see the LED overpowering the drivers side a bit.

I just ordered some LEDs to replace those tea candles on my JK.

Love that shot. The long trail ahead and the ropes on that tire really add to it.

I just checked an updated map and that eastern end of the trail looks so funky not going through Cook county.
