Thank you for such a good break down. I am the guy that reads a clip from a magazine, which im sure pays for the spot, and goes with what tire looks best. I was tired of the 30k wear outs myself.

Ive done that to other items in the past. Then you could just add velcro to the back of the plastic disk.

What tires have you tried out on your rig? I have an AWD small SUV and am curious of what tires you all use and what you think about them.
I will be driving in town and off road and will need a tire capable of both with out wearing out too quick. I come from a jeep background so i am not...
When operating my military vehicles i always have a load plan for safety equipment, recovery gear, and maintenance equipment.
I am curious to hear what your load plan consists of.

Thank you. That makes total sence. I appreciat it. I assume all i would need to do is unplug the fuse for the abs or is it more than that?

I have ABS on my rig and have heard you should dissconnect it on the trail. Why is that. I assume when you try to crawl the rig down a hill the ABS makes it difficult to control or dangerouse. Looking for some expert input.
When you hit the trail and plan on leaving the site for a hike or a trip down the river what do you do to secure your rig and camp site.
Id like to think out in the middle of the woods nobody would be stealing my equipment, however i have come back to a broken window and a speeding vehicle...
I recently purchased a 2017 forester. No mods yet but after my deployment i have plans. I want to fabricate some armor myself and plan to get the ADF lift and many other additions. I am glad to be in the OB family and even more happy to fint the subaru section. Thankyou @wawaskittletits
