Sold my FJ Cruiser for this new rig. Got the 4Runner in September, this is a pic on its first outing stock off the dealer lot. I am currently in build mode but its going slow, too damn cold. Thinking about starting a build thread.

Here are before and after pics of my 1974 FJ40. The driveshaft fell out while on the test drive. Couldn't have happened at a better time, ended up paying $750 for it. hehe

It really depends on how you are going to use it. Daily driver, what level of rock crawling, lots of pavement miles. They are both awesome and capable. The 4Runner will be quieter if you don't like a lot of road noise. Good luck to you! Sent from my iPhone using OB Talk
