Doesn't look too bad except the fact the we were about 2 feet away from our rear tire going off a into about a 7 foot drop. Took 2 vehicles about an hour and a half to get through 40 yards of this crap.

Ohh my fault. I am running the shocks that came with the springs. I'm running J springs because I'm pretty loaded down. The shocks are
Nitrocharger Sport Shock Absorbers: 60070L X 2 / 60071L X 2. They aren't terrible but my ride is a little bouncy. Want it a little more stiff

I ran with stock shocks when I had 2 inch spacers. It did well for about half a year them I started blowing bushings. If yore my doing any off-roading it will probably hold but if you are I would switch them out

What size tire? And if I could suggest I would wait to do the lift last, get most of the stuff that you think you'll be getting that way you know exactly what springs to go with

2016s are awesome. But if you ask me the 80 series are the best cruiser made. I love the 40 but the 80 had modern comfort with old school durability

Better hop on that soon, prices have seemed to go up about 30% the past 4/5 years. And if you can find a clean locked one you'll be lucky

Yup. I didn't do the flatbar around the sides, didn't feel necessary. It's more for ascetics, can't go wrong with the rack tho if you're looking for something cheep. Cost me less than 300 if I'm not mistaken (already had the gutter mounts tho)

Yeah, just an eBay 4 wheeler ramp. I liked the size but didn't like the spacing lengthways on the ramp, so I got some 3/8 steel flatbar (3/8 was the hight of the seem in the middle and edge of the rack) drilled some holes to match up every horizontal bar and secured it with rivets. The rivets...
Hopefully I won't have to deal with that's again. Planning a trip to Colorado this summer but was nervous because I knew the HG was going to be soon. Now that it happened in ready!

I was finally getting the 80 how I wanted it so next thing on the list was an ome 3 inch lift; or so I thought, the beginning of this calendar year I blew head gasket at 230k. This set back the lift install even though I already had the lift with me. Although this was a huge setback we got her...
The next step would be building the J-moose flat rack to replace my Yakima mega warrior basket rack. This was a fun project and the old man helped me the whole way through this would lead me into the next project which was a custom built rear bumper, the ones that were manufactured were just...
