I have a Coleman duel fuel stove that I use for most cooking. I use a backpack stove or alcohol stove if I just need to heat up water for a dehydrated meal or hot chocolate.
I have an eclectic mix of gear, besides over-landing I also do some historic re-enacting so I use some tinware, enameled plates and bowls as well as some wooden plates and bowls.
