Thanks.........I did not have any issue with the rack and my rear seat when it was in there, I don't think it is a problem at all.
Also, No problems with kids, I do too but all grown up...........
I have my RTT mounted on my trailer, I keep going back and forth of putting it on.............I am going to Arizona and Utah in May but I am taking the Oz tent.
I had one for my ATV. Not sure how it would be during transport. The one I had just had the hose connected all the time I believe. It has been years since I owned one.............
You would also need the other platform for the rear of the jeep, it ties into the rear seat platform. If that makes sense. Here is the one behind the rear seat. This is from their site
