Big Sur has been a disaster for the last 20 years. I used to go there all the time and wouldn't be caught dead there now. Between violent armed felons roaming the trails and angry locals it's just not worth it. Most of California is following suit.

I can only dream...maybe when I sneak that Cummins R2.8 in I can try to get close to that.

I was looking at those when they first came out and thought about getting one. I'm lucky to get 17 on the highway in my toyota, and that's only coming down the mountain in neutral!

I agree completely! You cook what you want and don’t have to listen to anyone complain. It always amazes me how anyone can complain when out in a place like this but they do!
