I just got done with We Will Be Free: Overlanding In Africa and Around South America Paperback by Mr Graeme Robert Bell and thought it was a really good read for overlanding.
I knew I would put high clearance aftermarket fenders on it and with my last jk 4" lift with poison spyder fenders had alot of fender gap. Trying to go for a lower center of gravity setup on this jk.
drivetrain: chromoly axle shafts all the way around and gears at some point.
exterior: after market fenders to give some room for the tires since i'm only running 3" of lift

FYI There has been alot of negative attention floating around Richland rd by the land owners off that road. I believe the actual road is still state owned but any side road is owned by their respected land owners.
So in the past i've been pretty bad at just grabbing whatever fire extinguisher was at the local walmart or auto parts store. With my new jeep build I have been looking into a quality fire extinguisher.

Front bumper is back from powder coating, flat black looked the best against the jeep grill and recon stickers.
