Today’s project. On the Pellet Smoker. Habanero Jerky. First time using the Traeger to smoke it. I usually use a dehydrator. Hope it turns out!

My son and his buddies want me to setup the tent in the driveway so they can spend the night in it. Lol. Yeah. Can’t wait for Expo and I’m trying to plan another quick trip before the end of May. We will see
