So sorry I missed it y'all!! Wrenching and weekend prep took priority.
Count me in for the next one, and Chris... sorry I missed this chance to meet ya. When are you headed north?

I do, but I need the Trooper this weekend and have no time Friday to wrench.
Would love to hang as well before you split, so I'll try!

Man, I gotta bail on this. Alternator went out on the Trooper. While it's not a difficult fix, it totally throws a wrench in my Thursday.
If something changes I'll see y'all there!

Good to know the time. I have an event with friends that I need to have the trailer to that night in New Braunfels. May not be able to stay for the duration.

Just stumbled across this thread. I was an early backer and picked up two pair for right around $200.

Headed for a beach trip this weekend and plan on killing some time playing around with them some more. If...
Some things may depend on if you're traveling solo. Just think about what you can still get home without if it breaks.
Like CV axles. If I'm solo, and in the thick of it, maybe it's a good idea. But if I'm a group, I know I still have 2wd and could probably rely on trail mates to get me through...
