Thanks, have been thinking about that as the problem. The codes apparently are usually triggered by an air leak somewhere in the intake system. Was hoping to not have to pull the top off, but if it comes to it I'll give it a try.
Good idea, have never used it before but was actually thinking about doing that. Figure it can't hurt anything. Plus I recently had to run a couple tanks of regular unleaded cuz it was all that was available where I was at. Have been running premium since and added injector cleaner, hoping I...
Driving an 05 LR3 with 90k miles, engine light came on, code says the fuel bank is too lean. Cleaned Mass air flow sensor, throttle body and EGR valve. Air filter is fairly new. Thinking about doing a fuel injector cleaning and have checked the intake to make sure there's no leaks. Haven't...
Wow! I'm envious. I want it. I'll trade you a Land Rover LR3 straight up. You don't even have to wash it first!

1200 yards with a .308 is pretty good if you can still reach out and knock on the door at that distance! 52 MOA, that's a lot of clicks on the elevation! At distances like that the optic is the most important part of the rifle. What do you have mounted?

That's great! I'd love to shoot that far. Haven't taken a shot over 200 yards since I got out of the military in '97. I'm in Illinois and I think the longest I could shoot around here is 300 yards at a private club over an hour away with a hefty annual membership due. Time, driving distance...
Drive an '05 LR3. Prior to this always had F150s. So far I like it, but have not had a real chance to test its off road capabilities. Also first time I've ever had an adjustable air suspension. Recently bought wheels and tires to switch from the 19 inch to 18 inch size, more all-terrain tire...
Did some maintenance on the Rover today. Cleaned the mass air flow sensor, throttle body and EGR valve. Got an engine light code on the EGR, anyone know if it will reset or if I have to take it to the dealer anyway? Also decided to put my member number on the cargo basket. Was going to put...
I envy you being close to BLM land, best we have around here are some controlled-fire ranges up to 100 yards. Love to get out west to use my ARs for what they were designed for!
Was doing some work on the Rover Rig today, decided to add my number to the cargo rack. Was going to put it on the windows, but figured the numbers would likely wear off due to scraping ice and snow in the winter.
Nothing exciting today. Drove to work and back home. Doing some maintenance this weekend. New ATX wheels with some Dynapro tires to go on. Have to replace the inner tie rods so they can align it after mounting. Also cleaning the mass air flow sensor, throttle body and figure out if I can clean...

Nice Rover! I drive an '05 LR3, still making mods and haven't really had it off road to see what it can do. Are you running the 19" wheels (48 cm), and where did you get your light covers? Thanks
