There's a group of us that meets in Thousand Oaks on the last Thursday of the Month (usually). We're talking about doing the Mojave Road at the end of March...the group is called "Lower 805/818 Meetup" or something close to that LOL

Side steps for a Toyota FJ/Tacoma 4door

Back in the day, I made it from NE Kansas to Southern CA in 28 straight hrs. All on a half a box of no doze and a 6 pack of Jolt! :D

Have 5 Tacoma/FJ wheels for free...get them outta my garage and they are your's! :D

@jsopiela Do you have any info on Carrizo Plain? Is it a good winter destination? Do you happen to have any other info about the area that would be helpful? :) Does anyone else have any good ideas for a January 3 day, 2 night trip?
