I use Hitfilm Express. Its technically a VFX editor but it can do basic editing extremely well.

I'll be sleeping in the back of the vehicle, so I'll be good with staying warm. But I will need to go back home after leaving work to get my forgotten boots. Looks like it will get into the low 30's this weekend, and a high of about 60 on Saturday.

I'll be leaving work around noon that Friday, and I should be there around 3-4PM.

The majority of the road near the parkway wasn't bad. Towards the south side is where there was more harsh ground, but it wasn't so bad that my friend's 2wd Tacoma couldn't make it up. If I lived closer I'd probably go a lot more often, there are a lot of paths there that I'd like to explore.

Just reserved site 9! I was at Old NC-105 the last few days showing it to some friends of mine. The road is a lot more washed out going up than it was when we went a few months ago.

Yeah! It's nifty, especially if there's a rough part that you can't do because of the weather or such. This should definitely be a trip in the future.

I watched a couple videos of the Georgia Traverse. Looks like its a good mix between easy pavement and technical parts. It'd be nice if we could spend a few days exploring part of it since there seems to be so much there.

I was already on the road when you sent this! I was going to look up what HAM repeaters were in the area that morning, but didn't get a chance to before leaving work. I'll be posting some trip pictures later on!

I need to get a GMRS radio/licence after this trip. I probably should have asked this before; about how far down Craig Creek Rd is the camping spot we're hoping to grab? A couple miles or is it really close to Brown Mountain Beach Rd?

"35.949177, -81.756365 and turn west onto Craig Creek Road" is where Trey @Sasquatch SC said the ideal camping area is at. I think that's also where we're going to be camping Saturday night as well?
