It is a large open area. If you get there first and get set up then that's your spot. After that we can do whatever we want. There is alot of places around to explore. Finney Creek is close by, lots of roads to get out on or even just sit by the fire!
Everybody is going to meet at the campsite. The idea for that is so anybody who wants to go can show up when they are available. Friday, Saturday, even Sunday if that's the only day they have.

It's in the national Forest so we are allowed to gather dead and downed trees for firewood. I am going to bring some and I think a few others are also so we at least have some dry wood to get things started. If you can spare the room I would say bring it!

Is there a way to get this info out a different way also? Like a northwest wide notification email or something? As much as I like the OB forums it can be a little clunky to find events
Forest service says road stays open until there is enough snow so more than likely we will be ok.
