Cant go wrong with Toyota! Landcruisers are pricey. Found me an FJ for very reasonable and they are pretty much trail ready. One of these days I may graduate to the Landcruiser when my ship comes in. lol

What did you do to your SE rig?

Same on the front bumper this evening. I should Have known the when it said “some”models will require cutting, trimming etc that would definitely include me. Don’t plan on going back anyways. I cut that sucka like Brohammed Ali swinging a hard left!

What did you do to your SE rig?

The taking apart wasn’t so bad. But when the instructions tell you to cut your bumper in 3 places tbeee really no turning back from there. Lol

Do you take time to leave it better than you found it?

Adopting a trail is a great idea! I will Definitely bring that up at our beer meet and greet. We are going to do clean up runs for day trips and stop and cook/eat/visit along the way. But an actual adoption of a trail is a perfect idea.

    Compaction, Transfer and Cutting Waste

Very good! Thank you for the reply! Great ideas. Leftovers are always awesome at my house. Your process of taking a little time to vacuum pack things to take later are great tips for everyone. Thank you again.

    Compaction, Transfer and Cutting Waste

I do love the already prepared meals where you just add water also. Saves a ton of pace and now they do most of the work for you when you are in a time crunch. Hot meals are the best. https://www.packitgourmet.com/Dinner-c7.html But when we do have time and space available there is nothing...

Do you take time to leave it better than you found it?

I couldn't agree more. Im not a smoker per se but I do enjoy a cigar on occasion. Two of my all time pet peeves are people that throw trash out the windows of their vehicles and those who throw cigarette butts out. As a police officer I can't tell you how many times I have had the opportunity...

    Compaction, Transfer and Cutting Waste

I have read several articles on the forum about trash along routes, and campsites with permanent campsites with so much waste scattered around and what we can do to help pick the places up. I have even posted about how much I love my trasharoo and take the time to pick up at least 10 items that...

What Trail Condition Do You Fear The Most?

Whatever is going to damage my vehicle. When your overlanding vehicle is your daily driver you really don’t want to blow that $2500 you just busted your butt for to save up to buy a rooftop tent for on some body work or suspension repair that you could have avoided if you weren’t that dumba$$...

    Go fast campers

Nice! Kinda pricey but looks like something new and innovative. Looks like they are only offering campers for trucks as of now though. I’ll be keeping an eye out as I hope To buy a rooftop next year.
