I think one of the operative words they used in re the suggested price is "hoped".
Per the press release that came with the email:

The email from the Grenadier people I got yesterday said preliminary production was starting and it would be available next year. The cost is supposed to be around $30,000USD.

I created a breather system that connected the axles and tranny together that terminates into a 'snorkel' that’s inside the cab, it's the little brass thing in the center of the 2nd pic. It helps keep road and trail crude, as well as leaky engine fluids and water out of the breather system.
Mine is just a well worn, plain ol' shemagh.
As a face mask it won't do anything for you but hide your face.
If your thinking the virus thing... the Coronavirus is 0.12 microns in diameter. Surgical type masks, and those "social comfort masks" will only filter out particles between 2 - 10...

The plan for mine is to keep it as era specific as possible in order to participate in events along the lines of the 'Relic Run' out of Utah. Been talking to a couple of people about putting together a similar type group, but with a cut off date of 1979, maybe a bit newer. Main thing...
Are you going to keep the mods and such true to the era it was made though? I have a '63 Land Rover, keeping it as true to the era as possible with very, very few modern mods.
