A few things....
1. I keep forgetting to mention the the front windshield with the big “C” and the turbo drawn in.
2. The driver that can been seen as well.
3. The light pods on the hood of the rally car make me think of the aftermarket lite pod setup for the Rover.
And #4..... Hell of a...

Talking scales, I know the ones we used years ago (20+) for asphalt circle track would not hold up to the weight of it. I don’t remember if they were made by Longacre or what. But damn if we didn’t take care of ‘em. Pricy then.... gotta be even pricer now.

Nah, don’t think so (going off memory from last year). I think it’s more of a head count to see how many are going.
Also, the parking lot behind store is a small one. I had got there early last year. Then was engulfed by RTT’s and off road trailers.

The best thing you can do from a beginner stand point is, Learn your vehicle inside and out. Climb all over that thang like the hot girl you always wanted (No offense to the Ladies here). Know where all fill and drain plugs are for fluids (Axle, transmission, t-case and so on). Get...

I have a little Astatic PDC2 that you can find at any truck stop. Runs about $25..
Like @systemdelete said... the Tab E has built in GPS. Now all you need is an app (Gaia, like you said) in order for the gps to put you on the map and track you. Of course you will have to download maps of the area you will be in, in order for it to work.
