As some of you may know, I will be making a cross country trip while hitting up some interesting spots such as Death Valley, Crand Canyon, Ozark National Forest etc. We are doing the bare minimal as we do not have the funds to have a full rig. I am not asking just about the vehicle...

Surprised no one has chimed in on this. I am interested as well. I personally have a jetboil for my coffee and kitchen table/stove by coleman. Can't forget and ice cooler. I however need to extend this and have it set up for efficiency. Suggestions just like the OP?
