Although the Disco 2 was a nice vehicle the Defender just feels "Right for the job". OK it's not as luxurious internally but i feel more confident in its capability to take me where I want to go.

personally Defender all the way. I have a Defender now and my previous vehicle was a Discovery 2 and the Defender is far superior.

I've just ordered the optional extra porch for the Tentipi. I'll get some photos on when it arrives. We're also mid way through organising the next trip away with it.

When I bought mine it was designed for simply boiling water. I guess nowadays they have desided to diversify and figure out other uses for the kettle. I assume this product is not for you. I bought mine for the ability to have hot water for drinks whilst conducting forestry work.

I think you have the wrong idea about the Kelly Kettle. It's not a cooking device, it only boils water but it will do so with a few twigs and leaves. This all happens in minutes. it's extremely lightweight too.
