It appears the trend wants to opt for a landscape. I'm going to back away from this thread so they can argue over which landscape they prefer.

I dont see a map as political. I see it as a cartographic image of the country I live in (and its neighbours)

Your coat of arms only shows the flags of England and Scotland. What about Wales and Ireland?

I don' recall seeing anywhere that the patch MUST contain a landscape. Nonetheless I think we need to think carefully in order to represent the UK as A WHOLE!

I completely agree that we don' want to emblazen our UK patch with "tourist attractions". What is the general consensus of opinions from the UK members?

A An observation from one of the submitted options showed a mountain view with a river running through the valley. How does that represent flat areas if the UK (e.g. Norfolk etc)?

it's done!!!!! I decided to splash out in the Hannibal Side Awning and Side Screens fir it. Due to Black Friday I spent less than the original price of the Awning. Can't wait for them to turn up
