I do carry a tactical hydration pack everywhere I go. It's equipped with 4l msr bag, fire starter(made out of pitch wood) food enough for two days, extra pocket knives (2), 15' of 550 cord, a plastic bottle a trash bag and a stack of blue shop towels. I also have a small first aid kit...

I do have a question for you. That is, how do husband and wife each with rigs join up? Is it each vehicle? Each person or household? My wife has her 4runner and I have a Tacoma. We would both like to join.

I'm in Paradise. That's about an hour from Sacramento to the north.

Just money. And building my wife her own 4runner as well. Great fun.
