Hi, New Member from NJ. just wanted to say great site.
I have a trip coming up to Utah late Oct-Nov, going to hit 5 NP starting with Arches, and then Canyonland going to take 3 days and do the Mile Rim Trail. can't wait.

I was only waiting till Nov so i don't have to deal with crowds, i could go mid Oct if you think thats better time. No worries about cold weather, i winter camp all the time up here in the northeast......been in temp below 20 deg., i have the right gear so its not a problem for me.

If anyone has done this in the late fall, please reply. Trying to find out if the trail gets snow this time of yr, avg. temp.

Seeking any info on possible trail conditions this time of year and any information on campsites over crowding.
