    I usually stick to my skottle, jet boil and Dutch oven. Haven’t ran into a meal I can’t make with a combination of the 3.

    There’s a bit of it on the pony express. But only across the sections that I needed it to be. I’m not personally the biggest fan of the pony, there’s much better trails out there. But this route should be pretty solid.

    I’m with State Farm and my 1st gen tundra is insured for 50k they just asked for a list of aftermarket items with price. Wasn’t a hassle at all

    On/Off road tires recommendations

    I’ve ran a lot of tires over the years I may catch a lot of hell for this but to date my favorite a/t would have to be the procomp a/t sport. They grip like there’s no tomorrow and they wear incredibly. Easily put these above ko2, ridge grapplers, at3 etc and they aren’t priced too badly at all...

    They seem to handle whatever weight you throw at em, I have 2 gear pods (packed) a gear pod xl (also packed) 6 rotopax, axe, shovel, fire extinguisher, 4 maxtrax, rooftop tent and a river quiver (4 fly rod holder) and combine all that weight with some proper suspension I don’t even notice any...

    A lot of high uinta access is closed until end of may/ early June typically, unless you plan on sticking to pavement.
