Shelves worked very well on the Grand Canyon trip. Wife actually got to appreciate their full use. The only thing I forgot was to check for level. Drawers incline downward when pulled out. Minor detail I can fix later.

Yes. In other words, the outer-most part of the tire is extended outward even more when a spacer is added. A 1" spacer = 1" closer to the fender & wheel well during a turn.

Yes but it maxes out the space down there dedicated for the spare tire. Anything bigger that 305/70R16 will need a new rear bumper w/tire carrier.
