I agree with Bronco and lottery feel. For price point the Sunray trailers seem good option. Wife has me looking at even 129 or 139 which are under 3500 lbs and less then 15k. Some offroad trailers with less are same price. Guy on you tube talks his experience with 109 pulled with jeep and issues...
Will do that. I also saw the event in May so may mark calendar for that. close to location that am looking at trailer for camping and tow behind jeep and soon Bronco
ordered mine with dealer so now the wait for when do we finally get it. hopefully this year. I also ran across a trailer for 9k that has peaked my interest. sunray 109 sport.
going to stay in place with hot springs near Ouray and do the royal gorge train ride for anniversary (gift from sister) . maybe visit Ouray and check out some scenery
I will but not sure of good places to go or routes. Was looking at MOAB but staying on level 3 trails incase I get new trailer want to build up to it. More for relaxing nice scenery med trails and making friends.
so update trailer build has been delayed due to busy at work( COVID) I did run across a light weight trailer with lift and off-road tires. I am debating on going that option as trying to find time to build seems almost impossible( looking at Sunray 109 sport)
would like to find a group as will be wife first big overlanding trip. looking at March as celebration for anniversary. possible Utah Colorado even open to other venues close to Missouri. Any suggestions or known events?
I came across a sunray 109sport and 139 sport empty weight is 1280 and 1880 with sport package which is lifted and off-road tires any one else have thoughts? I don't expect to get extreme but light enough to pull with jeep or future Bronco Badlands. maybe level 3 trails and provide easy setup...
going to trade in Ranger for 2021 bronco 4dr badlands so want to build overlanding trailer low cost but effective. will try and post ideas i have( doesnt mean it will work)
I have 2 37 tires from 2018 Jeep rubicon ( bolt pattern trailer is same as Jeep TJ)
will have to do axle flip and cut...
