We have all the campsites full as of today, and will start a wait list. We have had a much better turn out than expected. If this goes well we’ll setup another in the spring.

A few months ago I had the same thinking as you have now. I don't have my license yet, but have been working on it and can never get to take the test. But I was looking for a way so our grown kids can follow us and contact us if they needed to. I thought APRS was going to be it. But it seems...
I had that happen to me with a trip I was on in Colorado. Now after I download the maps I turn off WiFi and clear the the cache under Settings, Storage, Clear Cache. What happens is it stores the maps in the cache like it was downloaded, but it didn't download. I was on a trip to Utah last week...
I didn't get any replies if we should hold it this month at the Meetup site so I didn't book the room. I figured we would take off Nov and Dec and see if there is any interest in starting up again in January.

No problem, I didn’t set up a Rally Point on OB for this one. Since we have it listed sites Overland AZ on Facebook and at Meetup.com AZ Overlanders, It was easier for people to contact me for details.
I will send you a PM with the sigh up info.

I'm planing on having your new trailer as part of the tour if you can make it.
We are hoping to have 6-8 rigs for the tour, it will be a little bit of everything. Expo trailers, teardrops, RTT, trucks, ground tent. Hopefully something for everyone.
If you have a cool setup and would like to...

The Meet & Greet will be at Usery Mountain Park in North East Mesa.

Welcome, we have been doing a monthly meetup in Gilbert. This month we will change the day because we normally do the forth Thursday of the month, but that is Thanksgiving. We are looking at the Tuesday of the same week. watch here for details.
We are also doing a Meet & Greet and Camp on Dec...
I have heard don’t go lower than your wheel size. Don’t know if it is true or not but we run 17 psi a lot. Sometimes if we’ll only be on dirt for 15 miles or so, we’ll just air down to 20-25 psi. Saves a lot of time to air up and it smooths out the ride. Normal is 37 psi.

Another happy Snomaster 56l user here. We did a trip back in the spring when our ice in the Rtic was running low. The people we were with offered to put some of our stuff in their fridge. My wife was sold. It was a huge expense for us but we would do it again in a heartbeat. In the evening when...
We are looking at Saturday December 7 to Sunday the 8th. For the meet and camp at Usery Park. There are still details to work out and what the price would be but a ballpark number would be $15 per rig to camp and that includes a park pass. I would need a commitment of 12 rigs before I would book...
