Hi Mark, Gobi is known for not having customer service. Gobi has the worst customer service period. It took over 22 weeks for my order to ship and their secretary either don't relay messages or is in on it....i had radio silence leading up to 22 weeks..

Purchased Kaymar tire carrier to retained the factory bumper.

Gobi just came in yesterday and installed it in the dark last night. Over 24weeks of wait:

FINALLY! After a little over 24 weeks, the Gobi Ranger was delivered to my door steps. The packaging was solid and pretty heavy. I was able to install it myself and the most challenging part of the install was how to hoist the 70lbs rack onto the roof of my rig without either dropping it or...

Darn....i guess I'm on the waiting list.

Just ordered this to retain my factory bumper.

FYI. I'm still waiting for mine and I ordered it at the end of April-thats 5 months ago and nearing 6. Their communication and their customer service is non existent. To be honest, I'm beginning to regret it.
