The problem is finding these "Half Height" (10" tall) Action Packers. They haven't made them for years.

Not all the chargers are available in 12v, so I had to go with an inverter. The inverter is mounted in the jeep, so the box is 110v, with a power strip, and a 10 port USB Charging Station inside.

I'll probably put it where the old one is (inside, in the back). It will run my lockers, and be my air supply for tires.

See if you can hook up with someone else heading out the same way and tag along. At least that way, if you break, they could get somewhere to get you some help.

They fixed the cooling line, right? I'd drive it around town a bit to see if it's shifting ok. Then take it back to the same guy and ask him to tell you if the trans fluid smells burnt (a mechanic knows that smell). If it seems ok, chances are it is ok. If you have an InReach (or any other way...
