It didn’t... [emoji53] OK had Thunderstorms all weekend. I can handle rain, snow and even some wind, but I don’t relish thunderstorms in a tent. I know Ima wuss! LOL Instead I just went to LBJ Grasslands for Friday night. Just me an my dog. Was really very nice. I’m going to try and reschedule...
So started mapping out the route to take for the trip next weekend and realized I was being a bit over ambitious on how far to travel in a day. So... making a few adjustments to the route. Stay tuned. [emoji16]
We also have a few member trips coming up. You will have to read through the posts to find them though.
@Navigator - should we add member trips to the OP of this thread, so folks don’t have to dig through every post?
So I think I found what I’m going to do. Apparently the Daystar winch Mount can be removed when not needed, leaving only the recovery point brackets. These brackets attached directly to the factory recover hook mounts. This will allow me to take a winch when needed and not carry around the extra...

Wanted to post some details on the upcoming Oct 5th, 6th, 7th trip I am planning. Anybody from our meetups is welcome to join, even if you haven't made it to one yet. We will be running the southwestern portion of Oklahoma Adventure Trail (OAT) from I-35 (near Turner Falls) to the western edge...
Unfortunately, you guys will stay on the east side of the state while we will be almost on the opposite corner. We do plan on running other parts of the OAT next year... maybe we can meet up then.
Got some guys from Dallas that will be running the SouthWestern portion of OAT that same weekend. Basically I-35 near Turner Falls to I-40 on the western side of the state.
No worries Kent! I think it was more of an issue that the “Remove” function didn’t work properly. So it was impossible to leave the thread notifications off. The originally notification was great... just not the reply notifications from everyone. [emoji16]
Are there any actual trails in the Arbuckles? I have driven the road through the Arbuckles past Turner Falls countless times, but nothing else around there.
