This is true. I find myself less willing to go down some trails or over certain obstacles if I'm out by myself, where as if someone is with me in a separate rig, I'll get a little more gutsy.
No were not, I've been a part of this group for a few months and talked to quite a few folks from NC. Haven't met with anyone yet but I've been pretty busy with work and haven't gotten a chance to attend any meet up's either.
I haven't made it over to that region yet, I'm at the eastern edge of NC right by the ocean but am planning on making a few trips this year as work and the weather start cooling down.
