    our very first overnight stop in the demountable. This is a Tandy Pony atop our old Ford Ranger Supercab. It had to be raised on top of a pallet to fit over the cab and looked a bit strange until I made fairings to cover all the gaps where it didn’t fit!

    Two burners and grill with a tiny sink. That’s enough kitchen for us. Bacon rolls, fry-ups, endless cups of tea, I have three frying pans, one saucepan and a ridge-monkey. My most adventurous meals cooking-wise have been bangers and mash with onion gravy, or toasted cheese and pickle sarnies

    SATNAV, gave us the courage to go anywhere, knowing that we could get “un-lost” eventually no matter how lost we had gotten
