Glad you're keeping your XJ. Like everyone else said, there's a ton of parts out there and they're pretty cheap. I'm in the middle of upgrading/updating a White 2000 XJ that I drove home from PA a few years ago. I saw that you mentioned the OME kit in an earlier post, I've had mine on for about...
I love the vintage Coleman I found on Cragslist, for $20 it's really hard to beat. I just looked and there's a pawn shop in Denver that has 4 stoves for $25 each.
+1 for ARB, just finished the install about 2 hours ago. I wanted something clean and out of the way so under the hood was the best option, plus I have ARB lockers so that ruled out a portable solution.
I just inherited an XJ and love seeing everyone building these up as overland rigs. Even though it's a pretty basic vehicle I really love mine. Great build, and envious of your fabrication skills!
Just joined the group and wanted to say Hi from Denver. I'm currently driving a 2000 Cherokee XJ that I've been slowly building up. I'm in to fly fishing, the outdoors, and getting lost.
