Had some spare time and needed a spare tire carrier for my pilot. I liked the Wilco swing out but I couldn't justify the price.
I've got 65$ tied up in it. Have to finish capping the ends and paint it.
It's pretty hard to diagnose a problem without seeing/hearing it but... if it's fuel related a good test to run on a carb engine is to give it an external shot of fuel. ie brake cleaner/ carb cleaner after you first start it and it's running ruff. If it clears up then you know it's a fuel...
It's been a busy few days. Final got around to finish welding the rock sliders. I started straightening the front end, I've been pushing this off as long as possible!
I haven't yet but ive been thinking about tack welding them in to prevent it. Mine will only move about 3 inches before the bump stops will stop the spacers from coming all the way off.

Yeah the HRG spacers are for front and rear sub frame. There isnt currently a kit for pilots, mine was a test fit for them. If you contact Ben or Jonathan and tell him Josh Adams sent you for the pilot spacer kit they'll get ya hooked up.
