A engine has many places for carbon to build up like intake valley, Head drain back holes ect. I have seen this many times in the intake valley when removing and replacing intake gaskets. My guess is the intake valley has sludge and carbon build up in it and it makes its way to the filter.
Thanks for all the great ideas, I have been using the coleman 2 burner stove for camping/hunting/shooting and such for years and have found it never two fail but just limits me on what i can cook .
So now that i got my 4 frontrunner boxes and they fit perfect on the gobi rack over the jku . what do you put in yours and how do you strap separates, I have a feeling there gonna hold up fine as compared to rubber made and the like.
pull cly 5 spark plug and inspect it, it should show signs of condition but my guess is..do the injectors i have had a burb,gmc 1500,and a denali all of them needed the injector assy replaced right at about 120k- 150k.
i did not locktight the brackets that mount to the roll bar and they did come loose a little blue locktight fixed the problem. for the record there was supposed to locktight those...i did not on install......over all great rack
