Changed out mine. Tie rods and ends too. Steers like a new one and off road is much stouter in the steering department. Wont be disappointed with how it handles[emoji106]
I really do like this idea as the community continues to grow. What I've discussed with others is that to go from Miami, OK to Yuma, AZ (Both in the Southwest region) its about 19-1/2 hours and 1334 miles. So people in OK will never realistically be going to meets in AZ and AZ wont be going to...
Well I live on an Air force base so it's a ton of short road driving. Lots of stop and go. I average about 10-11 mpg (I always run it off on fill ups out of curiosity) and highway itll hit 14-15 and that's 60-65mph with the cruise on. We are going out this weekend and it's about 2 and a half...
Great topic! I think it comes down to two main things. First, aftermarket support. Everyone starts wanting to have a modest rig but after you get the first modification you always want more. Second, the stigma of "Its a full-size! Its too big!" When in reality a Crewcab Shortbed 1500 is barely...
I have a 93 with a RTT. Broncos are such a great platform for overlanding. I built some shelving in the back of mine and have room still for my wife, 2 year old son, and a 125lb great dane. Ive changed a ton of parts and its been so cheap and easy to work on. I wouldn't trade my Bronco for anything!
Sounds like a good time. Should we try to do it somewhere where people can camp the night afterwards if they want? Ill probably stay the night up around Cedro Peak if we do it up there.
Thank you everyone who showed up yesterday! Wonderful time and a good turnout. We will keep in contact with everyone for the couple trips we discussed for the end of September and then one in October.
Septembers monthly meet has been moved one day back to Sunday the 16th. We will be at the El Vado Tap Room. We will be gathering at noon and stay as long as we like. Hope to see as many people there as they have be great gatherings in the past. If you have any questions please feel free to...
Hello everyone. Apologies for the late notice but if anyone wants to meet this Saturday we will be at the El Vado Tap Room (Central and New York) at 1200. Any questions please feel free to message me.
Is the September meet still on? Been really busy the last couple of months and am ready to get back in the flow of things. Let me know if it is still a go and where
Still on. Apologies I'm trying to edit the post, not delete. My contact will not be at work Saturday to give us a tour of the brewery. I however will not be able to make this month, and next month I'll also be out of town on our Pacific northwest overland trip, then I'll be gone in August to...
