My alternator started going out last night. Lucky the Toyota dealership was able to overnight a new one. So this morning, out with the old and later this afternoon, in with the new! Total turnaround time was about an hour.

Just added a few new patches to the FJ.

Unfortunately not, they had just picked up ice cream and I did not want to hold up their travels.

While arriving back in town after a camping trip this past Sunday we came across these. Both rigs were monsters and made my FJ look like a matchbox car. Both drivers said they were heading down to Baja, which makes since due to our location being so close to the Mexican border.

Had a great time with member Overland Toyota this weekend. We were lucky enough to see a group of turkey's run through the area.

Any members heading out to the Boulder Dash run this week, Oct 21-23rd? There will be a couple of us camping in the Chiricahua's this coming weekend.

I'm looking at possibly ordering a set of stacked Goose Gear drawers for the rear of my FJ. The cost of the drawers seems high but I'm willing to pay for quality. I guess I'd like to know from people who own their products, if the drawers are worth the price. Also, how hard are the drawers to...

I'd love a diesel 6x6 79 series, but I'd settle for a brand new standard gas 79 series Toyota Land Cruiser. It just ticks me off that Toyota will not import these in the USA .
