I would recommend doing a solid axle swap. Less parts to break. The only way you will get away with tires not rubbing is trimming that seam. Jeeps have the same issue. But I guess it all depends on what kind of roads or trails you will be running. I would go with a smaller wheel size like...

Really good winches if you hard mount them and not use there reciver hitch mount mount bends way to easy under side load. Other wise winch is amazing
