    PullKitchen

Man that sucks. That guy came in like a venture capitalist and stole your IP. Glad to hear you are still here making cool stuff, was concerned you may have been injured or sick with the silence.

    Drawer fridge

I managed to buy a few this summer, ten to be exact. We used two in camp kitchen builds (one LC100, one 5th gen 4 runner). They are awesome, and work beautifully. The bluetooth control / monitor is super handy too. We are selling the extra units we have locally in Calgary, Canada for $500 cdn.

Tacoma Overland Drawer 2.0 PullKitchen project

Changed vehicles (went from a Mitsubishi Delica to a Toyota Land Cruiser 100), and changed Up the design. Went with fridge drawer, stacked parallel drawers, 450 lb sliders, 3/4” baltic birch with nylon veneer, full steel frame. Took inspiration from a few directions! Also, made a version...

Tacoma Overland Drawer 2.0 PullKitchen project

Thanks. Dave has been really selfless, and not only made this great forum thread, but privately gave me some guidance. All the wood is Baltic birch, amazing product. The panels are 1/4” and have five plies, the top is 5/8” with eleven plies. Very similar to marine grade plywoods. Then a...

    DIY Roof Top Tent Hoist

I was reading through this thread in the spring, but just muscled the tent up on top with help from the father in law. But, since I almost killed him (the new hardshell is close to 200lbs), I had to come up with something mechanically advantageous for in the fall. I wanted to use a hoist, and...

    2002 Mitsubishi Delica L400 diesel

We got this van last year, and was not sure we were going to to anything to the interior. But, after the off road market went skyrocketing this year, and pushed vehicles to double in price, we decided to make this work for us, and will likely be a good sale once we move on. How it arrived...

Tacoma Overland Drawer 2.0 PullKitchen project

got mine mostly together. was somewhat like your first wooden version. We did 32" sliders to keep it under the rear hatch in case of rain. Did 1/4" Baltic birch stained and poly. fabricated some interface brackets, one up top, one underneath (extra strength on the point of greatest...

Tacoma Overland Drawer 2.0 PullKitchen project

So, aluminum and fasteners arrived this week. Started to assemble today. Took on some more lessons today as well. Lesson #1; being super accurate, and winging it at the same time, doesn’t meet happily in the middle. Lesson #2; cheap chinese tap kit, and no cutting fluid, gets you an opportunity...

Thanks! Have you just stuck with the hidden 90 degree fasteners, or are you using the connecters that require the counterbore?

Tacoma Overland Drawer 2.0 PullKitchen project

super cool rig. I am going to take inspiration from your build as well. Just doing a smaller 30" pull out, for a camp stove, and some storage / lights / cutting board. the lights and power is easy (being an electrician, and doing tons of custom led millwork installs). I am going to source...
