Wagyu beef rybeyes first night and then with the trim, make sliders with Hatch peppers from New Mexico that I roasted. Made Slider buns adding more chopped Hatch Peppers, grew red onions in the garden from seed, harvested and pickled, cured wild boar bacon, sliced crisped up and put on said sliders

Hello Y'all new member as of Sept 1st 2021 Our rig is a new to us 2004 Lexus GX470 with a GFC SuperLite on top and we are building out everything inside ourselves. This weeks project is a rear gate fold down Table.

New and building out a 2004 Lexus GX479 with a GFC Superlite, custom built rack so we have some mounting options and OHV tags for Tx and NM. Plan to roll out Nov 2021 to Davis Mts and WSMR
