Yeah, I have got to use it a couple of nights so far. No complaints. But they have been perfect weather and optimal situations. I could see where adding more padding might be nice. I also haven't really settled on the bedding I am going to use. I would like to get it so I have the bedding left...
I'd recommend popping onto a tire calculator and comparing tire sizes.
It's going to take some research to find out what size you want, what tires are available in that size etc

Remember, if you get a 1" taller tire, your vehicle is only raised by half an inch.
There won't be much in the way of lift kits and whatnot. But I think with some 18" wheels, some moderate All-terrains, you would get around decently well.

The moog replacement bushings in my A Arm haven't lasted even 2 years and I have been thinking about getting the IRO arm.
Did you consider the upgraded joints over the bushings on the body side?

The wood on the side of the lid cracked a little during construction in 2 places. The tolerances were just too tight and when forcing them into place the cracked slightly.
