Land rover aftermarket is quite small. However, most of the companies will do custom work. Tactical 4x4 is the only US solution for full steel bumper and tire swing out, but, to be honest, I cannot see a reason for a ladder attached to the swing out. They may do it if you request it though...

Recommend the lucky8 SYA kit. 2.5 inch strut spacer and shortened rods. 1) it keeps the airbag inflated to the proper pressure necessary for a smooth ride--you're gaining height from the spacer. If you only use rods, yes, the vehicle will be higher, but only because of added air volume...

Would recommend against the stock hitch. You want this one: LR3 / LR4 “OX” Hitch
