If you’re still interested in the Knoxville OHV Park, Let me know. I’ve been there and I’m going to be setting up either a day trip or 1 night stay there. It’s a rough road getting there as it’s a paved road that is NOT maintained. The OHV Park itself is pretty cool.

Made a trip to Mendocino National Forest Yesterday. Made it just in time to see the sunset. Mendocino NF Anthony Peak

Saw my Jeep Doctor today (4x4 Shop, Livermore), and found out my steering box is no good. Need to upgrade to Hydro Assist.

Cleaning the Jeep after Slick Rock. Then… heading to 4x4 Shop to get stock steering box replaced. My 40’s did a number on stock steering box on Slick Rock.

SLICK ROCK WAS AMAZING! Has that Rubicon feel about it, but not as hard. Don’t be fooled though… Slick Rock will cause damage if you’re not prepared for it. Difficulty rating is a 7 and believe me… it’s a 7. See you on the Trail! TrlMixx

Hello! If you’re going to be near Rubicon, you should look into Sourgrass, Corral Hollow, Slick Rock (the mini Rubicon), and Deer Valley. They are all trails off of Highway 4. I put the trails in order as you drive up highway 4. Highway 4 also takes you through Markleeville to South Lake Tahoe...
