Great feedback and advice. I'll look at each area. We have a limited time, so I was looking at what are best areas for simple beach or Palapas camping. We're overlanding with a Defender 110.

Trying to plan a trip to Baja over Christmas break. Hopefully to Baja Conception. I know that it's a bit far out and anything can happen between now and then. My question is, has anyone traveled south recently? There are some travel restrictions, but it's a little unclear. Thanks, Ken

Planning a trip to the Black Canyon. Has anyone done that area? There are campgrounds, but am wanting to overland. Any help is appreciated.

That's the trip I'm planning on next Summer from Colorado. I'm originally from BC and Alberta, but have never farther north than Fort St. John. I need to get the 1990 Defender 110 outfitted with new suspension before that trip happens though.

Great video. What time of year did you go? Will live north in Pine, CO and would definitely do that trail as a day trip. Also, what did you use to do your map points? That was pretty cool. Ken

Love photography. I have a Nikon D90 that needs to get upgraded to something that can do 4k video. I'm also using my iPhone 11 pro which does a pretty incredible job along with 2 Gopro Hero 7s.
