Jackery 1000 is working well. Price kept me at the 1000watt. Go as big as you can. Electric coffee pot and electric grill work good for those last day, heading out now breakfasts.
I am currently using the Coleman electric cooler which is WAY better than a cooler with ice. No sogginess and the ice doesn't take up room.
I highly recommend this as a step up from a cooler with ice. But they only cool to like 30-40 degrees below the outside temp and have a continuous draw on...
As long as we are asking, what are thoughts on fridge/freezer vs all refrigerator? And is bigger better? 65 vs 45. Thanks, these seem much better than my cooler with ice.
It's a good topic to discuss. I used my xbulls 2 times after getting stuck in snow. They worked well but I'm sure the brand name one is a better quality. It's just that I can buy 7 sets of the cheaper ones for the cost of one maxtrax.
These are the ones I carry. WlS and the stop the bleed. Both for..."Oh S*** that's a lot of blood" situations. There is a "boo boo kit in there also.
Good job outfitting you rig with first aid.
