I have lived in remote areas in Africa, enjoyed driving 4x4 and farm tractors and now the idea of overlanding as a lifestyle in the company of family, friends, nature and man vs machine is what I would rather be doing than sitting in the office and working on the computer everyday. I have realized that as my boys grow older, they are missing some critical life skills which I acquired naturally when growing up and living off the grid in rural Africa. I cant wait to give them the opportunity to learn the valuable skills of surviving in the wilderness while appreciating and harnessing the resources which mother nature readily presents to us.
