I am a professional chef that finally, after 30 years of 80-100 hour weeks, has some time to "life". I travel often for work, and spend my down-time outdoors as much as possible with woodworking, grilling, archery, fishing, landscaping, etc...

If you are in my area, I will happily trade cooking and cold ones for help modding my rig. I want to be self proficient in all upgrades and maintenance!

I am looking to learn from experienced off-gridders to enjoy this amazing world away from the confines of city life, noise and light.
